The workshop will focus on a comprehensive definition of ADD and ADHD, the strengths and challenges faced in today’s world by people with ADD/ADHD, and specific strategies and resources that will allow you to better manage time, money, clutter, and relationships.
Workshop FacilitatorKay Axtell has worked extensively with ADD clients.
Kay Axtell, MA, SCAC has a Master’s Degree in Education. She is a skilled ADD Life Coach who develops strategies and support for children, teens, college students and adults with ADD. She also does educational consultations for students with ADD.
